Big Blue gets a rebuild
I didnt like the amount of smoke coming from big blue so it is getting a rebuild with a big bore piston and a mildly ported head. Stay tuned.

New Pistons
So not only was the pistons machined wrong but the cylinders were decked wrong. So i scrapped that whole setup and bought new forged pistons and a new set of cylinders to be bored.

Gentleman's Express
There was an article back when on how to make your CB550 faster and handle better while still looking stock. Good article but the best part is the Diagram for modifying a CB750 piston to fit a 550 making it a 592 is in there. If anybody makes a set of pistons based off these plans let me know. I would appreciate a set.

1975 CB550 Pauline
Found this little Gem hidden way up in the hills. 1st owner had to sell it because he was too old to ride. Second owner just sat on it for a few years and let things rust up a bit. Then i bought it. This one I think will just be a simple restore and ride project.
Took the bags off and wiped her down a bit
I think this is my favorite color 550

I built the bike for my wife but she is not to fond of the Cafe Racer feel. But she did want a picture on the bike before i sold it.
